A donation protocol was signed in a ceremony between Gürok Group and Kütahya University of Health Sciences for the renovation of the indoor sports hall located on the university’s Germiyan campus.
Continuing its journey with strong brands reaching from Kütahya to the world, Gürok Group maintains its support for youth education. As part of its collaboration with Kütahya University of Health Sciences, the Group signed a protocol to support the renovation of the indoor sports hall on the university’s Germiyan campus. With a contribution worth approximately 20 million TL, the sports hall will be renovated to contemporary standards and transformed into a space for holistic development for the youth of Kütahya.
At the ceremony held at the Kütahya University of Health Sciences Germiyan Campus Conference Hall, speeches were delivered by Kütahya Governor Musa Işın, Chair of the Board Rıza Güral, Vice President of the Board Esin Güral Argat, and KÜSBÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Tekin. The new sports hall will bear the name of Gürok Group’s Chair of the Board, esteemed industrialist and businessperson Rıza Güral.
An investment in our youth is an investment in our future
Expressing his feelings at the ceremony, Chair of the Board Rıza Güral said:
“I am truly happy to be here today. I was born in these lands, and I consider every service rendered to Kütahya as a debt of gratitude. I am proud to be part of an initiative that will benefit our youth. Investing in young people means investing in the future. There can be no good society without good individuals. I want our youth to think clearly, work diligently, and be productive. I am also honored that this facility will bear my name. I hope many successful young people emerge from here and contribute both to themselves and to our country. I would like to thank everyone involved, especially our esteemed Rector.”
